Listings come from third-party portals and sources (Century 21, RE/MAX, InfoCasas, Clasipar, among others) and from user submissions. We are not the seller and do not act as an intermediary in any transaction. Always verify the data with the original source and a professional before making decisions.
3. Analysis and estimates
The ParaguayInmo Index, the price per m², the comparables and the estimated yield are automated, indicative calculations. They do not constitute an official appraisal or financial, legal or tax advice.

You may not scrape the content in bulk, interfere with the service or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access in the event of misuse.
