We aggregate the sale listings of Paraguay's main property portals, plus direct publications on ParaguayInmo, and place each one inside the official administrative boundaries of 462 zones: departments, districts and neighborhoods.
We publish the median US$ per m² — not the average — so a handful of extreme listings can't distort a zone's value. Prices in guaraníes are converted at the day's exchange rate.
Only listings seen in the last 6 months count: the value reflects today's market, not history.
A zone publishes its median only from 3 listings with price and area. With less data we show how many listings there are, but no price: one or two ads can't speak for a whole neighborhood.
