Price per m² of listings originating in 2018

We aggregate sale listings from Paraguay’s main property portals and direct listings on ParaguayInmo, assigning them to 462 OpenStreetMap areas: departments, districts and neighborhoods. These are asking prices, not completed sale prices.

We group listings originally priced in dollars by their origin date, including removed listings. For Clasipar, this can come from the earliest photo rather than a stated publication date. Dates marked as approximate are excluded. The price is the one observed when collecting the listing, not necessarily its price in 2018. Older years have partial coverage.

A zone publishes its median only from 8 listings with price and area. With less data we show how many listings there are, but no price: one or two ads can't speak for a whole neighborhood.
