We organize listings from the country's main property portals and user-published properties in an independent experience designed to search and compare the Paraguayan market.

We standardize the type, currency, area, location and status of the listings we receive. Updates depend on each source; a listing active in our search may have changed on the original site.

We calculate price per m², nearby comparables, estimated yield and the 0–100 ParaguayInmo Index whenever the published data is sufficient to support the calculation.

The map groups departments, districts and neighborhoods using boundaries obtained from OpenStreetMap. Pins represent exact locations; street estimates use a dotted ring, while neighborhood or city estimates are counted in their zone.
We preserve each listing’s source and distinguish published data from our estimates. Statistics use asking prices, medians and minimum sample sizes; they do not represent completed transaction prices or an individual appraisal.
